Responsibilities

Translating business requirements into business processes and technical designs.

Analyze and design requirements as per the Project requirements

Work effectively with both in-house and outsourced development teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Implement best practices for API development, testing, and deployment

Provide guidance and mentorship to developer

Facilitating the daily Scrum and Sprint initiatives

Directing teams and managing workloads with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Communicating Between Team Members About Evolving Requirements And Planning

Coaching team members on delivering results

Conducting meetings, facilitating collaboration, and eliminating hurdles affecting project progress

Coordinating between stakeholders to find necessary resources

Communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders succinctly.

Qualifications

Comprehensive Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with all aspects of solution technology architecture, including business, information, data, network, and security.

Methodology Expertise: Understanding various system development life cycle methodologies, including agile, DevOps, and traditional models.

Integration Acumen: Strong grasp of integration standards, patterns, and best practices.

Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of application integration and infrastructure. Familiar with system integration technologies like RESTful APIs (MuleSoft) and OAUTH 2.0.

Business and Technical Translation: Translating business requirements into business processes and technical designs.

Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders succinctly.

Adaptability: Openness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks with the flexibility required in a startup environment.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with both in-house and outsourced development teams.

Leadership: Experience in directing teams and managing workloads with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Language Skills

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related

Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise application integration technologies and toolsets

Minimum of 5 years of Experience in architecture patterns and integration design principles, Customer data, strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

A thorough understanding of software development methodologies (Agile essential), values and procedures
