Responsible developing strategic communication plans aligned with the organization's goals, producing engaging content for internal channels, collaborating with global communication partners and overseeing efficient communication across various platforms.

What You Need to Know:

  • Working with all levels of employees, creates and implements communication strategies that align with Company’s goals and values
  • Generate engaging and relevant content for internal communication channels such as newsletters, email and intranet platforms.
  • Oversee and manage various communication channels including intranet, email, meetings, all hands and possibly social media platforms.
  • Ensure that employees are well-informed about organizational policies and changes, promoting transparency and understanding.
  • Foster employer branding by partnering with talent acquisition and P&O team supporting employer branding activities through external communication channels such as LinkedIn, university boards, etc.
  • Partnering with country P&O, support communication to educate employees and foster D&I activities that are aligned with Country principles.
  • Utilizing metrics and analytics, measures success of communication strategies, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Ensures that internal communication messaging harmoniously aligns with the overarching brand and image of the organization, creating a seamless and effective communication ecosystem.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalency
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in internal communication or writing
  • Successful track record of collaboration and creativity
  • Experience working with all levels of employees
  • High energy with a passion for communication
  • Strong business acumen
