The Interoperability Analyst III is responsible for the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of interfaces between hospital HIS systems and ancillary vendors. Daily work includes reviewing interface specifications, developing and testing new routes and maintaining documentation for all interfaces implemented. As a member of our IT team, interoperability analysts assist with technical systems analysis, systems design, implementation and maintenance across a broad range of systems, services, and applications. This position is responsible for the interface engine in use by the facility (currently Rhapsody), maintaining existing routes, documentation, and administering any required updates.
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
Licensure/Certification
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification within 1 year of hire required.
Rhapsody Professional Certification within 1 year of hire required.
Experience
7 years IT experience
