We are actively looking for an onshore Business Development/Sales Manager who can generate and close business to new clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify target clients, potential decision-makers across a given target market and generate new leads.
Initiate contacts through LinkedIn, Cold-calling, InMails in-person visits, and other avenues as appropriate.
Develop long-term business relationships, shepherd sell cycles through, set up meetings, staffing discovery calls, coordinate interviews, and place candidates in new clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends – e-commerce solutions, product management, practices and always stay on top of the trend.
Consistently identify leads, obtain referrals where suitable, and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
Work independently with given direction and manage workload effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or similar field
6+ years of experience selling IT staffing services to enterprise clients.
Experience in e-commerce and how online selling systems are designed is a huge plus.
Experienced with ZoomInfo HubSpot, MS Office suite, and other technologies.
Ability to work independently and report on activities.
Ability to interact with managers, directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders.
Sense of urgency, integrity, long-term thinker, networker, communicator, and energizer
The ability to manage direct reports is a plus.
