IT Support Analyst


Location: New York City (NYC)- on site


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second line technical support to all staff members, ensuring timely resolution of support requests.
  • Respond to and resolve IT support calls/emails across all office locations and for virtual staff.
  • Act as the primary technical support contact for the local and global offices, both onsite and remote.
  • Maintain, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and supported smart devices.
  • Support meeting rooms and video conferencing systems (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
  • Track, document, and manage resolution of support tickets efficiently.
  • Manage hardware asset inventory and equipment lifecycle.
  • Enforce IT policies, monitor alerts, and report security risks.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals and departments to address IT needs.
  • Occasional travel required (<10%).


Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant technology certifications desirable.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS, Android, and familiarity with BYOD policies.
  • Experience with SaaS software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Okta, AzureAD, SharePoint, Box, Teams, Slack) and other IT systems.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent documentation, process management, and confidentiality handling skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.


Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 USD
