About The Role
As a IT Support Engineer , you will be responsible for All team members perform helpdesk support for onsite and remote employees, help maintain various network systems, and contribute to the implementation of new systems. After hours support and system maintenance is required at times. As the IT Support Engine, you will also contribute to a variety of areas including:
Day-to-day desktop and phone support for onsite and remote users – core hours 9-5, M-F
Provisioning and shipping of user laptops and phones and the associated accounts
Troubleshooting networking issues such as VPN connection problems
Work well both independently and with teammates
Communicate well with users and teammates, including documentation
Research solutions to problems and document solutions
Assist in project work from LAN maintenance to office expansion and more
Perform after-hours maintenance and support as needed
Track tasks and time effectively in the Helpdesk ticketing system with sufficient completeness
Maintain accurate inventory of physical devices and components
About You
You’re a good fit for the role of IT Support Engineer if you have:
Support Windows 10/11
Support Office 365 suites including Exchange-based e-mail and Teams chat
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
Familiarity with administration of Office 365 and AzureAD
Design, implement, and support collaboration solutions within Office 365 using SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, and Outlook
Support Apple iOS devices and mobile device management (Microsoft Intune)
Able to follow detailed procedures
Able to manage time
Active Directory user and computer account management
Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years IT-related experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
