Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with hands-on expertise in customer service, debt referral support, accounts receivable, financial management, and debt collection services for federal/state agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve issues promptly.

Address customer inquiries and communicate effectively with debtors.

Notify customers of delinquent accounts via various channels.

Negotiate repayment plans and ensure compliance.

Post and reconcile accounting transactions accurately.

Maintain detailed records of collections and account statuses.

Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all tasks.

Requirements

Perform other administrative or technical duties as required.

U.S. Citizenship Required.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, financial management, and/or debt collection for federal/state agencies.

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet critical deadlines, delivering high-quality work consistently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience in preparing and delivering presentations.

Security Clearance Requirement: Preferred, with an immediate completed background investigation in the last 4 years at Moderate Level 4 or higher.
