Mandatory Requirements

Strong background in writing SQL statements for relational databases.
Familiarity with J2EE frameworks like Spring or Struts.
Experience in messaging technologies, such as MQ, JMS, Kafka.
Proficient in web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) or open-source Business Rules Management System.
