This position requires a motivated individual with strong research and writing skills, as well as the ability to take ownership of cases and work effectively remotely.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Assist in case management, including organizing documents, coordinating discovery, and preparing for hearings and trials.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies.Attend court proceedings and depositions as needed.Maintain communication with clients and provide updates on case progress.Requirements:1-2 years of prior experience in litigation from an AmLaw 100 firm.Admitted to the Bar in at least one jurisdiction; bonus if admitted in California.Excellent research and writing skills.Strong desire to take ownership of cases and gain experience.Self-motivated and effective working remotely.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Bar in at least one jurisdiction.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Drafting legal documents.Case management and organization.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic legal team in a prestigious law firm, gaining valuable experience in the field of litigation.
