L/S Credit Analyst

We are presently advising a leading global fund on the expansion of its international credit group. With offices and investment professional headcount growing steadily, the team has developed a well-regarded name within the global credit markets. A key hire in the second half of 2024 is a mid-to-senior credit analyst in their New York City team. This role will focus on:

• Undertaking fundamental credit analysis on US corporate credit
• High yield and stressed/event-driven credit, particularly those names with a convertible bond angle
• Producing long and short trade ideas across the capital structure
• Support the wider credit research team on idea generation, as well as the portfolio management staff on trading and execution
• Liaise with international team members to assess investment ideas in European and Asia bonds

This opportunity would allow a VP-level upwards analyst to join a growing yet highly successful credit strategy in New York.
