Responsibilities
Prospect for new applications through Hubspot. Contact potential residents who have done walk throughs.
Complete Final Marketing Review of all properties
Onboard new “Tenants in Place”
Review and manage all showing feedback
Manage and review all applications
Manage all property listings.
Review and complete all move-ins
Adhere to Leasing Manager performance metrics set forth by RENU Management
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
Minimum one years property management/leasing experience preferred
Strong desire to take ownership and help to maintain our national brand
Takes initiate and is action oriented.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to deescalate sensitive situations
Self directed and able to manage your own time
Able to perform at a high-level in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
Computer literacy is a must and candidate will be required to use online company software platforms
