Leasing Coordinator (Bronzeville)

We are currently seeking a Leasing Coordinator at Prairie Shores, a 1,675-unit portfolio in the heart of Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood. This position will support leasing operations by performing the following essential duties:

  • Greets all visitors and direct them to the appropriate recipient
  • Provides timely and professional responses to resident and vendor issues and inquiries
  • Assists in move-in / move-out process
  • Supports and participates in leasing activities, including but not limited to touring prospective residents, processing applications, and preparing leases while following all regulatory guidelines
  • Prepares, maintains, and manages new and existing lease files
  • Monitors the CRM system and consistently follows-up on prospective leads and existing resident inquiries
  • Maintains updated knowledge of all product
  • Provides excellent customer service and attention to detail
  • Maintains high ethical standards and professionalism
  • Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, visitors, and other customers
  • Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone or in-person
  • Directs all visitors to the appropriate recipient

Qualified candidates will have a minimum one-year related experience. Experience in event planning preferred. Experience in leasing preferred. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and administrative acumen. Individual should also have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Yardi and Entrata software programs. Regular weekend hours will be required.
