Contract: W2, 12-months

Location: 888 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94103 (REMOTE)

Pay Range: $38-44/hour Based on YOE

Brief Summary:

The Legislation Implementation Associate will sit within our clients Policy Products team. The role is responsible for implementing regulatory compliance products related to Short Term Rental regulations and providing ongoing support to governments using those products.

Responsibilities:

• Be an expert on our clients regulatory products and explain those products to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage internal intake process for new regulatory products, gathering necessary information from governments, and working with engineering & operations teams for implementation.
• Deploy a suite of non-technical solutions including responsible hosting pages and customer service talking points after laws are passed.
• Onboard government staffers into the suite of products built for their jurisdictions, including developing webinars or conducting live trainings.
• Serve as the point of contact for government users post-onboarding, addressing questions with quick off-the-shelf responses or custom replies based on internal cross-functional collaboration.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience (Code enforcement, regulatory compliance, account management, software sales and implementation, customer success, or similar fields)
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a cross-functional work environment.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work dealing with multiple stakeholders with competing interests.
• Passion for working with clients and providing a high level of customer service.
• Commitment to modeling inclusive behavior.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and comms tools and metrics of importance.
• Experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Jira is a plus.
