Candidates with related finance experience will also be considered.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to leveraged finance transactions.Draft and review transaction documents, including credit, security, and inter-creditor agreements.Assisted in due diligence processes and reviewed documentation for leveraged finance deals.Work closely with partners and clients to provide legal advice and support throughout transactions.Participate in negotiations with counterparties and assist in resolving legal issues during transactions.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar (active and in good standing).Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law with a focus on leveraged finance or related finance experience.Strong understanding of finance principles and concepts relevant to leveraged finance transactions.Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar (active and in good standing).Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of finance principles.Ability to manage complex transactions efficiently.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
