As a Listing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our agents, ensuring they have the time and peace of mind to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate all aspects of preparing homes for sale, from organizing client interactions to managing logistical details with photographers and vendors. With a keen eye for detail and proactive anticipation of agent needs, you'll facilitate a seamless process leading up to the market debut of each home.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of homes for sale, overseeing tasks such as photography sessions, 3D scanning, and open houses.

Input property details into the local MLS system and create marketing materials like flyers and listing remarks.

Manage all documentation related to property listings, including property disclosures.

Support multiple agents by understanding their preferences and ensuring exceptional client care throughout the listing process.

Maintain high standards of service excellence, ensuring timely completion of all listing activities and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Active real estate license in Washington State.

One year of experience with real estate contracts and property disclosures preferred.

Strong customer service background with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in basic and emerging technologies, including Google Suite and CRM tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a calm and solution-oriented approach.

Schedule And Compensation

Remote position with occasional in-office team events.

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule.
