Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Faith based Life Coach at Rock Solid Families, Inc. The Life Coach will be responsible for providing guidance, counseling, and coaching to individuals and families. They will use their expertise to assist clients in setting and achieving personal and family goals, improving communication, fostering personal development, and enhancing overall well-being. While this position is primarily located in West Harrison, Indiana, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
Life Coaching and Counseling skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coaching and training experience
Knowledge of personal development strategies and techniques
Empathetic and compassionate nature
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field (preferred)
Experience working with diverse populations
