The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ year(s) of litigation experience, ideally personal injury law
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Strong litigation and trial skills

Responsibilities include:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases
• Conduct case investigations and develop strategies
• Draft and file legal documents
• Prepare and present cases in court
• Negotiate settlements
• Maintain regular client communication
