Maintenance Manager

Full time Maintenance manager for a small residential property management company in Cedar Park, TX currently managing approximately 115 units. Summer months typically May thru August are our busy months and would be full-time. The other months would mostly be coordinating tenant maintenance work-orders. This could be done mobile, from home, or in office. Work hard in the summer and take it easy in the off months.

Mileage reimbursement and Contract 1099.

This candidate should possess strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail in order to keep track of multiple projects at once. 

Responsibilities

• Assigning maintenance requests to proper vendors
• On Call After hours for emergency maintenance coordination (can be done mobile)
• Vendor follow up to make sure jobs are completed
• Tenant scheduling with vendors
• Move-out inspection and vendor coordination
• Make ready coordination with vendors and overseeing job gets done timely and to our specifications

Qualifications

• General knowledge of home repairs
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Self driven and motivated
• Deadline driven
• Ability to communicate effectively to tenants and help diagnose simple residential repairs over the phone
• Computer knowledge a must and Appfolio software knowledge preferred
