This is a long-term leadership position where you will be a vital piece to the firms success.

- Possess expertise in accounting systems, tax research, planning and team supervision, while following firm processes.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting,
- Master’s Degree in Taxation is a plus.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting.
- Experience in business and individual taxation.
- Supervisory, training, and leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of:
- Accounting software applications.
- QuickBooks is a plus.
- Tax research database and planning tools (CCH, Checkpoint, BNA or comparable).
- Tax compliance software (Axcess Tax or comparable).
- Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat.
