Position: Manager of Accounts Payable and Risk Analysis

Location: Miami, FL

Reporting to: Director of Financial Reporting

Summary:

Our client, a for-profit organization, is seeking a Manager of Accounts Payable and Risk Analysis to oversee key financial processes and risk management activities. The role involves managing accounts payable, ensuring compliance, and conducting risk assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice approvals and payment processing.
  • Review and reconcile travel and expense reports to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee mail pick-up and cash receipts for remote deposits.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of contracts and financial performance.
  • Assess distributor financials and collaborate on contingency plans.
  • Maintain document retention records for offsite facility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience.
  • Accounts payable knowledge is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
