The Team

Publisher Client Services (PCS) is account management on the publisher side of the digital ecosystem that has a direct impact on revenue for Triplelift. Daily team responsibilities include; working with Operations team to launch new inventory, monitoring performance, growing revenue, working with Yield team to uncover and implement optimizations, managing and growing the day to day relationships with our publishers.

The Role

Part of a pod reporting into a Director; Responsible for working across functions to develop strategies, processes, and communication to help drive Tier 2 and Tier 3 Publishers’ success. This person will have an understanding of publisher monetization strategies, familiarity in marketplace and industry trends, and operational experience in building and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Understand publisher’s business objectives and partner with manager to provide consultative, intelligent solutions that unlock revenue opportunity;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategy and implement solutions that deliver positive outcomes for clients;
  • Work with manager to establish and achieve quarterly revenue goals and key operational results;
  • Fully capable and an expert on end to end publisher support- Onboarding, optimization, pacing to goal management.
  • Be a platform expert on TripleLift’s publisher focused tools and product offerings;


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1-2 Years of experience
  • Understanding of Digital Advertising and the Programmatic ecosystem
  • Experience working with Publishers via CTV, OLV, Native and Display
  • Comfortable working under pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward;
  • Managing a book of business and ensuring YoY growth where applicable
  • Strong Communication, Analytical, and Customer Service skills
  • Location: San Francisco or Los Angeles


US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.

Salary range transparency

$70,000—$85,000 USD
