The Managing Partner will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the firm. This individual will drive the firm’s strategic growth, enhance its market position, and ensure the highest standards of client service delivery. Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Provide leadership and oversight of the firm’s delivery of legal services, ensuring delivery of quality counsel and best-in-class client service that aligns with the firm's mission, goals and core values.
Operational Management: Oversee the firm's legal operations, including practice group management, attorney development and execution of the firm’s delivery of service.
Talent Development: Mentor and develop the firm's attorneys and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Client Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Matters Management: Maintain portfolio of billable matters/accounts.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
Compliance: Ensure the firm adheres to all regulatory and ethical standards within the legal industry.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar license.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a law firm.
Demonstrated expertise in chosen practice area.
Strong business development track record.
Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
High ethical standards and integrity.
