Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the production process.
• Oversee PCB testing procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) inspections to verify product conformance and adherence to AS9100 requirements.
• Utilize IPC-610 standards to ensure the quality and reliability of electronic assemblies.
• Work with military-grade connectors and other specialized components common in aerospace and defense applications.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts to identify and address production flow process issues, driving improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on root cause analysis findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles within the aerospace and defense industries.
• Proficiency in AS9100 quality management systems and experience with AS9100 audits.
• Strong knowledge of BOM management, PCB testing, QA inspection procedures, and IPC-610 standards.
