We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at our facilities. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the upkeep and efficient operation of our equipment, machinery, and buildings.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a maintenance program to ensure the optimal functioning of all equipment and machinery
Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and guidance as needed
Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
Monitor and track maintenance expenses and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for the maintenance team
Develop and maintain maintenance records and reports for tracking and analysis
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in maintenance management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of maintenance best practices and industry standards
Familiarity with maintenance software and systems
Proven ability to manage budgets and control maintenance expenses
