You will work remotely but are willing to travel to our exclusive retreat center in Sisters, OR as necessary (most likely every other month or quarterly).

Your Top Priorities

  • Team Leadership: Build, grow, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Project Management: Oversee the completion of all marketing-related projects and initiatives..
  • Market Research: Regularly conduct market research to keep the company updated with trends.
  • Marketing Calendar: Take ownership of the marketing and promotional calendar.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of various campaigns and projects.


Job Responsibilities

  • Regularly meet with the former CMO and owner to discuss strategy and then implement the agreed-upon strategy.
  • Run all marketing meetings based on the EOS model.
  • Project and team management within marketing, overseeing the completion of all projects and tasks.
  • Work with the team to find solutions to issues.
  • Own and manage a marketing/promotional calendar.
  • Manage internal marketing.
  • Manage budget, forecasting, and campaign optimization (pre and post-buy analysis).
  • Conduct market research and analyze demographics, media usage, psychographics, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements.
  • Develop advertising strategies and campaigns to most effectively reach the desired audience.
  • Coordinate and oversee the development and launch of campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and monitor campaign costs and ROI metrics.
  • Track and present campaign data such as views, click-through rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
  • Monitor audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies.
  • Manage an outsourced or in-house team.
  • Stay updated on best practices in both the coaching and marketing industries.
  • Ability to work both remotely and in person with a team.


Job Requirements to Be Successful

  • Experience: Managing a marketing team and a minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Digital Ads: Proven experience in managing digital ads across multiple platforms (Google Ads certified, YouTube Ads, Facebook/IG Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok ad experience a plus).
  • HubSpot: Working knowledge of HubSpot.
  • A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing, list management, segmentation, personalization, growth/acquisition, re-engagement/win-back campaigns, campaign, and customer journeys.
  • Skills: Firm understanding of analytics and tracking/reporting.
  • Attributes: Desire to work in a collaborative, dynamic, flexible, and team-oriented environment while managing one’s own time and responsibilities effectively.
  • Commitment: This is a full-time job, so no side hustles are accepted.
  • Language: Native English speaker.
