Medical Billing A/R Business Analyst - Remote | WFH

Duties

Support revenue cycle leaders by fulfilling reporting and analytical needs, empowering users with data across the organization.

Generate month-end reports and ad-hoc reports as required.

Identify opportunities for process improvements within the revenue cycle and recommend changes.

Conduct ongoing analysis to identify root causes of issues and propose workflow modifications.

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in data analytics or accounting, preferably within medical billing.

Strong analytical and computer skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Comprehensive understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle process.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.

Ability to analyze information to identify trends and anomalies.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

Focused on delivering high-quality results.
