As a Medical A/R Report Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the reporting and analytical needs of our revenue cycle leaders. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing reports, generating month-end reports, and providing ad-hoc reports as needed. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvements within the revenue cycle and conduct ongoing analysis to address workflow issues.

Support the reporting and analytical needs of revenue cycle leaders, empowering stakeholders with insightful data.
Generate month-end reports and ad-hoc reports to support organizational requirements.
Identify and recommend process enhancements to optimize the revenue cycle.
Conduct ongoing analysis to identify root causes of issues and propose workflow modifications.
Requirements
Previous experience in data analytics or accounting, preferably within a medical billing environment.
Proficiency in analytical and computer skills, with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
Comprehensive understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle process.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
Ability to analyze information to detect trends and anomalies.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
