The National Account Manager works with Key Decision Makers to develop and implement e-commerce account strategies for all AAAR brands @ Build with Ferguson. Duties include, execution of promotional plans, management of product mix, providing key sales metrics to account decision makers, and presenting quarterly business reviews updating strategies and results. Responsibilities also include strategic account planning, forecasting, demand planning, and driving overall customer profitability and sales growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

65% Build.com

· Work directly with Build team to manage AAAR’s Build with Ferguson business and grow sales annually

· Develops and implements strategic plans to include top-line sales plan, promotional plans, mixes management, new product introductions.

· Develops and maintains relationships with key brand managers, marketing and sales personnel in assigned account. Including: weekly/ monthly , new product presentations and training with internal sales team.

  • Work with Build on promotional plans as well as forecast to supply chain teams.
  • Communicates regularly with appropriate AAAR channel, product, finance and supply chain team members regarding account updates and execution plans on account activity.
  • Collaborate with channel and other ecomm accounts to ensure that strategies are in-line with customer focus on new products, brand awareness and ARG product knowledge.
  • Assist marketing and sales management with development of marketing strategies and advertising plans as appropriate.

35% Data Management

  • Act as liaison between AAAR teams (sales, content, marketing, channel, operations and supply chain)
  • Working Closely with channel teams managing master content file
  • Generate monthly reporting to sales opportunities & summarize financial performance.

Education and Experience Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required

• Management Experience in Multi-Level Organization preferred

• 3 years prior work experience as National Account Manager, Marketing Management

Required Skills

· Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal communication abilities.

· Ability to strategically develop plans and processes.

· Demonstrated Sales and Negotiation skills.

· Excellent Presentation Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Self-Motivated with strong work ethic

· Problem Solver

Work Environment:

Travel required for meetings, training seminars, trade shows and end user presentations. 10% Travel Required.
