Responsibilities:
Maintaining and expanding existing agent and dealer relationships.
Build and manage a team of internal sales reps.
Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
Understanding our various client’s business needs and making recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products, vision, and strategic value proposition and sharing same with all existing and potential clients.
Collaborating with the leadership team on establishing annual revenue and income goals.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful sales with automotive F&I agents
Successful history of developing and maintaining internal and external relationships
Technology savvy with proficiency in CRM software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills with a proven ability to present virtually and in person
Understanding and successful history of collaborative selling
Exceptional work ethic
Comfort with smartphone applications and ability to demonstrate their benefits to our clients
Good documentation of activities performed against leads and opportunities
