SAN FRANCISCO, CA (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - A wonderful family in San Francisco is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-IN NANNY to care for their 2-year-old. They are expecting their second child in November, but the nanny will not be responsible for the newborn for the first six months, as baby care is already arranged. The schedule is fluid, with hours typically ranging from 10 AM to 8 PM, and flexibility is crucial. The position guarantees two days off per week, and live-in accommodations include a private bedroom and bathroom within the home.
The ideal candidate is professional, able to read the room, and know when to step back or step in as needed. They are seeking someone who is nurturing, engaging, a self-starter who follows directions well, and adaptable to spontaneity. The grandmother is very involved, and both parents are hands-on, so the family seeks a team player who works well with others. The family has a small hypoallergenic dog that doesn’t require extensive care, but they would appreciate someone willing to take the dog on occasional walks and perform simple pet-related duties from time to time.

Pay is $35-40+/hr gross via payroll. Benefits include 5 paid sick days, 10 days of paid time off (PTO), and paid federal holidays. Health insurance is also provided.
CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Two+ years childcare experience

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)
Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident
Willingness to show proof of immunizations
