New Business Development Associate -- Remote | WFH

Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated New Business Development Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued growth across both established and emerging markets. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering luxury services of the highest standards within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by securing and scheduling meetings and presentations with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new business prospects, acquire new accounts, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and recommend strategies for business expansion.
  • Educate team members and management on client needs and participate in detailed contract negotiations.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, operational projects, and client relationship management to cultivate and retain accounts.
  • Manage prospective and existing client interactions using our Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on company-wide initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing contracts, amendments, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with operational and financial departments on budgetary aspects of contracts.
  • Effectively communicate our range of services, operational approach, and unique value proposition while maintaining brand standards.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales is essential.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and organize daily workflows to maximize productivity.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in new business development, preferably within real estate.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Passion for the real estate, fitness/wellness, and hospitality industries.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Strong network of contacts in the Florida market (and beyond, preferred).
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Polished and positive demeanor with a resourceful mindset.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and within a team environment.
  • Efficient at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
