Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a New Business Development professional. The New Business Development specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating business plans, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth. The role requires proactive prospecting, lead generation, and maintaining strong client relationships.


Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Business Planning skills
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Account Management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the crane or heavy machinery industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or proven track record in Business, Sales, or a related field
