As the New Clinic Implementation & Sales Operations Manager at our Managed Services Organization (MSO)

specializing in the fertility industry, you will be a key player in helping our team sign on new clinics, and open

them on time and to budget. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong organizational skills and a keen

understanding of operations and market dynamics.


New Clinic Implementation & Project Management:

  • Develop and document replicable processes for launching new Mate clinics. Bring in the right tools and software to position us to execute seamlessly.
  • Tailor implementation plans in each geography to specific client and situational needs.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders across all project facets. Our clinic launches entail tight coordination across our internal Embryology, Clinical, Marketing and Operations teams, and also constant collaboration with external resources helping with site selection, architecture, equipment purchasing and construction.
  • Track concurrent workstreams in real-time. Share out updates on a recurring basis at meetings and in asynchronous communications.
  • Drive improvements in time to launch (measured from contract signed to doors open) over time by continuously improving processes and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to contracted agreements between parties.


Sales Operations & Client Relationship Management:

  • Own and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring the business development pipeline is organized and current.
  • Evaluate and engage potential partners, guiding them through the sales process to successful closures.
  • Set and manage client expectations, focusing on satisfaction and retention. Act as a liaison between clients and our company, advocating for client needs and fostering strategic alignment.
  • Facilitate strategic sessions with clients, offering thought leadership to enhance mutual value propositions.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams within existing client relationships, managing contract negotiations and pricing.
  • Formulate, execute, and refine comprehensive business development (BD) strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify viable leads, utilizing software products for targeting partners.
  • Establish and monitor sales metrics and objectives, facilitating agile adjustments as necessary.
  • Cultivate a robust network of industry contacts to stay abreast of market dynamics and opportunities.
  • Continuously research and analyze the competitive landscape and customer preferences to innovate service offerings and pricing models.
  • Represent our company at industry events to raise awareness and generate leads.


Qualifications

  • Experience using project management software (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Expert Excel user
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills
  • Crisp written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Proven success in high-level negotiations, initiating and closing contracts
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting


Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related field from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, sales and/or project management required
  • 3+ years related leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Master’s degree in business, economics or related field a plus


Physical/Mental Requirements

  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; typing; viewing a computer monitor, extensive reading.
  • Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
