Responsibilities

  • Efficiently sort, scan, and route incoming mail, utilizing web-based applications such as E-Connect for receivables management.
  • Process outbound mail and courier items, including E-Certified mail, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide copy and print services, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting client needs.
  • Support facilities and hospitality functions, including inventory management, front desk coverage, and addressing ad-hoc requests from office occupants.
  • Maintain a professional and organized front desk area, offering a welcoming and helpful presence to visitors and staff.
  • Inventory and manage supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for daily operations.
  • Be available for overtime as needed to meet business demands and deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required (associate degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Facilities or related fields, demonstrating familiarity with mail and print services.
  • Availability for overtime work as required to support operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in mail and print services operations, including sorting, scanning, and processing mail items.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint knowledge is a plus), with the ability to navigate web-based applications effectively.
  • Professional presentation and etiquette, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive mindset, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability in handling various tasks and challenges.
