Provide comprehensive copy and print services to meet office needs.
Manage office support requests through the Microsoft Teams ticket system.
Offer hospitality support and manage inventory supplies to ensure a well-stocked and welcoming office environment.
Pre-register visitors, send QR codes, provide way-finding directions, submit requests for building access cards, and monitor the video phone to grant access.
Manage reservations for conference rooms, offices, and event spaces.
Assist with catering, room logistics, creation of name tags, and basic A/V setup for meetings and events.
Act as the internal point of contact for vendor service visits, capturing completed action information and reporting to the manager.
Work collaboratively with the team on various departmental projects to ensure smooth operations.
