Position Overview
The Office Manager supports the executive(s) by doing administrative tasks like coordinating travel, creating reports, managing the executive office, following up with external partners, and planning meetings. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, and communicates well. The Office Manager position requires being available during work hours to help the team. The position may require local travel occasionally during working hours (post office, partners, and bank).
Responsibilities Of The Office Manager
Overseeing a few office staff personnel.
Delegating tasks effectively to various office support staff.
Scheduling and organizing.
Setting up travel for the executive(s).
Assisting with meetings. Processing reports.
The Office Manager will be answering calls.
Performing diligent follow-ups.
Support the executive(s).
Maintain effective working relationships with vendors, clients, co-workers, and the Management team.
Qualifications For The Office Manager
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
Have proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to anticipate the executives’ needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing issues.
Ability to remain focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills, diligence, and analytical.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and willing to learn other software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
