PAC Associate

Summary: The PAC Associate works with the PAC Director and PAC Manager to help manage and implement the overall operations of the PAC and its associated Portal.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversee PAC contribution processes to candidates, political parties and constituency PACs; develop and coordinate PAC check delivery and deposit procedures with compliance vendor, campaigns and regional staff.
  • Communicate with campaign fundraising staff on political fundraising events and related issues.
  • Coordinate staff and lay leader attendance at political fundraising events in Washington and around the country.
  • Assist the PAC Manager with Portal activities such as tracking and updating PAC databases including dashboards, smartsheet, salesforce and other relevant tracking spreadsheets to ensure accurate reporting and monitoring of PAC information and activities.
  • Help conduct training for key stakeholders on the Portal.
  • Liaison with regional and DC staff on overall PAC operations.
  • Support national fundraising efforts during the Election Cycle.
  • Conduct FEC and other PAC research as appropriate.
  • Undertake administrative functions such as crafting PAC Department and other meeting agendas, scheduling meetings, and handling PAC Director’s travel and associated expenses.
  • Conduct other PAC and Political Department responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A strong commitment to the U.S.-Israel relationship and a willingness to work on a bipartisan basis.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or commensurate experience.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • The ability to multi-task and engage with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Possessing an aptitude for analytics, software systems, and other tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and related presentation tools, is required.
  • A willingness to learn systems and adapt to a developing and expanding PAC operation.
  • Prioritizing teamwork and exhibiting an enthusiastic approach to the work.

Competitive salary based on experience. This position is eligible for benefits during the employment period. We currently work remotely two days a week and in our offices the other three. AIPAC is an equal-opportunity employer.
