The Patient Resource Navigator works closely with the Breast Center Surgeons, Nurse Practitioners, and Nurse Navigator. The Patient Nurse Navigator also collaborates with medical, radiation, and imaging teams to facilitate support for breast center patients.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
Must possess a high school diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree required
Three years related work experience.
Professional experience in an oncology outpatient setting.
Previous experience working with culturally diverse populations.
Possess strong working knowledge of medical systems.
Able to establish strong working relationships within medical systems.
License Requirements:
RN

Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize one or more of the following:
