THE HIGH LEVEL

The PC Technician monitors and responds to requests to ensure the smooth operations of computer systems and peripherals for end-users.

What You'll Be Doing

• Interface with various support service groups to ensure proper Installation of services. Apply basic knowledge of PC/LAN communications hardware/software in a multi-protocol environment. PC Technicians log, validate and perform IMACs on the full range of products.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers
• Install, and configure application and operating system software and upgrades
• Troubleshoot, and repair hardware and network connectivity issues
• Remove old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
• Diagnose, log and fix VIP customer issues on a full range of applications used on customer site
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• You will have 3-5 years' experience as a PC Technician, Systems Administrator or Help Desk Analyst
• Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification
• TS/SCI clearance required; minimum of TS at hire
