About the location:

About The Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our People & Culture department. You will serve as a member of our team providing the highest level of internal service to our employees at Four Seasons Hotel New York. In this role, you will also support to the P&C department and every employee, assuring that all inquiries are met in a timely and accurate manner.

What You Will Do

  • Exhibit an approachable demeanor at all times as they are the first point of contact for employees and applicants in the HR department
  • Responsible for the on-boarding process with every new hire

Additionally, this role will support the team through many facets of People and Culture, including but not limited to: HR systems administration and records management (Workday), recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee events, and various reporting and administrative duties.

What You Bring

  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent communication
  • Exceptional organization and detail orientation, with an unmatched ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in a service-focused culture
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and use good judgment
  • Verbal and written command of the English language and preferably bi-lingual in Spanish
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within People & Culture / Human Resources
  • Previous hotel experience strongly preferred

Schedule & Hours

  • This is a full-time position (on-site)
