Practice Director, Contract Placement (Marketing & Creative)


The primary responsibility of the Robert Half Marketing & Creative Practice Director is to provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to the marketing, creative, and digital focused staffing professionals whom they supervise, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.

Business and HR Responsibilities:

Business generation, revenue and pricing goals: Based on location.

# of practice groups: 1 practice group.

Total Headcount: up to 4 including practice director.


Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, marketing, and/or account management (required)

Background in temporary staffing, recruiting and/or talent acquisition (required)

Interest and/or experience in marketing, creative, and digital in a broad sense; preferably experience selling marketing and creative solutions and/or managed services, or similar (preferred)

Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.

Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems.


Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
