The Role
The President will be instrumental in elevating the company’s profile and expanding its market reach. This leadership role involves a robust blend of strategic vision, business acumen, and operational expertise to navigate the complex landscape of the health and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive profitable growth, aligning business operations with the core mission of enhancing health and wellness.
Raise the profile and awareness of the brand, enhancing its excellent reputation within the health and wellness community.
Devise and scale comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and enhance market penetration.
Oversee P&L, budget planning, financial performance, and cost control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Enhance operational efficiencies across departments, implementing best practices that promote sustainability and operational excellence.
Who We Are Looking For
A visionary leader with over 12 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably within the health, nutrition, CPG, VMS, or wellness sector.
Proven track record of driving business growth, managing P&L, and leading teams.
A strategic thinker adept at formulating and executing growth strategies that resonate with the company’s mission.
An effective communicator with the ability to foster relationships that enhance business opportunities and organizational growth.
The ability to frequently travel to the US west coast.
