We are hiring an experienced executive to be president of our wealth management business. As president of the wealth management business, you will be responsible for the P&L of the business, reporting directly to the CEO. You are ultimately responsible for positioning the business as a best-in-class solution for wealth-adjacent businesses.
What You’ll Do
Own the P&L of the wealth management business, while driving AUM and revenue growth
Lead a team of experienced wealth management professionals
Advocate for the voice of the wealth management business on the executive team
Recruit new wealth advisors to the firm to support AUM growth
Rapidly grow the firm’s AUM, while maintaining the highest level of quality
Position Compound Planning as a white-labeled solution for wealth-adjacent businesses
Be a spokesperson for the firm in negotiating and marketing the firm externally to wealth-adjacent businesses

Compound Planning is hitting its revenue, AUM, and cost targets on a quarterly basis
Compound Planning is a seamless machine to which advisors can be added
Compound Planning is well-positioned to be a white-labeled solution for wealth-adjacent businesses
Competencies And Skills
10+ years in wealth management, including experience leading high growth teams
Experience as a financial advisor, preferably working directly with high net-worth individuals
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and innovate outside the scope of existing resources
Experience implementing new tools, processes, and systems
Experience with recruitment and integration of teams into the firm
Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up / technology-centric environment
Ability to translate ambiguous circumstances into clear, actionable next steps to help others navigate change

Compensation
For candidates based in New York, San Francisco, and Denver the base cash compensation range starts at $180,000+.
