Your Key Responsibilities
Conducts mechanical and material design activities required to develop competitive products
Conduct lab characterization of materials (scanning electron microscopy, dynamic mechanical analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, etc.).
Evaluate tribological characteristics of different materials and fluids.
Develop the structure of the mechanical system from the architecture and consider the measures from the risk analysis in the construction.
Break down structures into subsystems and components, create a detailed product specification, and check whether existing subsystems and components can be reused.
Ensure double-sided traceability with the mechanical architecture and provide work results under a configuration management (material designation, versioning, storage location, etc.).
Your Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree or higher in an engineering field.
Minimum 1 year of practical experience.
Basic understanding of chemistry and laboratory work.
Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions.
Experience in solving engineering problems.
Clear communication ability (written & verbal).
Extremely self-motivated & motivated to achieve results.
Ability to prioritize and make recommendations and decisions.
Our Offering
Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000
Hiring Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days
