Estimated annual base pay: $143,000(minimum) - $178,000(midpoint) - $214,000(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Product Line Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The primary responsibility of this position is to shape the Industrial Products Services Strategy and support our growth targets by managing and developing service products for our Global Aftermarket Channels. In addition, the Product Line Manager will provide marketing, commercial, and technical expertise for product serviceability requirements.
In this context, the Product Line Manager will be part of the team responsible for global channel partner development, support, and assessment. He will also identify and work on gaps to be covered by existing partners or by identifying and developing potential new partners.
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market potentials and customer needs as well as understand broader industrial trends and competitive landscapes through building strong relationships. Utilize this information to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management to drive decision-making and shape the company's Industrial Products Services Growth Strategy
Develop business and marketing plans for assigned products, including product launch plans, product pricing, product positioning, value proposition, forecasting and channel strategy end of like activities along the product lifecycle
Control and manage success through suitable KPIs and metrics
Drive the design and implementation of new processes and systems where necessary to improve the execution of the strategy in cooperation with cross-functional teams
Effectively communicate the full services strategy and its rationale to internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with channel partners to assess their needs, provide training and resources, and develop relationships to ensure they have the necessary support to effectively sell and promote our products
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
5+ years’ experience with energy control technologies in technical role with demonstrated commercial aptitude, or expertise in product line management required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex information in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment.
Technical acumen and familiarity with the manufacturing processes and usage of the company's products or similar industry
Experience working with multicultural teams and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members located around the world
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward in a collaborative team environment
Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and a desire to contribute to the development of new processes and systems
