They will be transitioning to a SAFe Agile environment. He NEEDS high level Product Owners that have ANY blood banking industry experience. He wants us to do a search nation-wide for resources that know the industry.

They are restructuring the org into Functional Teams
Currently has Gaps in having SME’s on the team – they need to figure out how to break into functional teams (one example is someone who understands blood manufacturing, another example is someone who knows the clinical side of blood banking)
Not a lot of SMEs in blood banking on the market, so anyone we find and send will “go a long way”
Need a Product Owner of each functional team that the org will be divided into
