Product Tester

We are looking for a Senior Product Tester with a strong technical background and extensive hands-on experience in product automation testing and analytical testing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend testing frameworks and the ability to create data insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a highly skilled testing expert who can develop robust test frameworks and ensure our data produces actionable insights for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive product automation testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our healthcare products.
• Perform in-depth analytical testing to validate data accuracy and relevance for business insights.
• Suggest and implement new testing frameworks suitable for backend testing, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring they are integrated into the continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with the development team to resolve them promptly.
• Create detailed test reports and data insights that provide clear, actionable information for business stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, trends, and methodologies to continuously improve our testing processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and excellence within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in automation testing and analytical testing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with backend testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, capable of generating meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and performance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
