Production Operator

Our client is a global contract research, development, and manufacturing organization (CDMO), offering products and services across the drug development spectrum to help our partners turn their ideas into real-world impact. We partner closely with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to boost business performance and improve patients’ lives. We are seeking a Production Operator to join their growing team!

Type of Job: contract (6 months)

Location: Marlborough, MA

Shift: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Pay rate range: $15.00/hr. -$17.00 /hr.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Less than 1 year of related experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cleanroom GMP tasks, including assembling components, preparing solutions, and setting up instruments.
• Apply aseptic techniques for cleaning Biosafety Cabinets (BSC).
• Clean non-classified areas and materials as needed.
• Utilize corporate computer systems for material transfers, ordering supplies, and replenishing stock.
• Assist GMP operations during production by managing waste, transporting materials, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Adhere to procedures, GMP policies, and management directives consistently.
• Ensure full compliance with all training requirements.
• Always maintain strict adherence to safety protocols.
