Position Summary

The Project Analyst will join the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) team and be responsible for supporting the Program Manager with overseeing and coordinating projects, contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, reviewing financials, monitoring project activities, and evaluating the overall project. This role will include analyzing large amounts of project-related data and deriving insights to optimize project outcomes.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
  • Establishing key performance indicators and tracking against them.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the overall status of the project.
  • Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.
  • Identifying risks, problems, and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
  • Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
  • Maintaining project financials, budget, and contracts.
  • 10-15% travel expected.

Education And Work History

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field required. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • 2-5 years of project management or related experience required.
  • Preferred experience in data mining applications, PowerBI, and Microsoft automation tools.
