Program Manager

Culmen International is looking for a Program Manager to lead a DOD program located in West Melbourne, FL.

• Manage the execution of program tasks and deliverables independently to guarantee success, while continuously monitoring project progress through detailed reports on measurable items.
• Set clear expectations and responsibilities for all project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion within budget, proactively addressing changes with the client.
• Appropriately monitor and allocate resources to preserve project efficiency and optimize deliverable outputs.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of team members' performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact with the client to ensure satisfaction with the project's progress.
• Identify risks, issues, and solutions to achieve program goals or project objectives efficiently and on time, while upholding quality standards. Maintain compliance with the prime contract and task order stipulations.
